In accordance with the Department of Education Memorandum dated April 9, 2026, our school will implement the Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement every Friday during the End-of-School-Year (EOSY) break.

Please be guided by the following:

• WFH Schedule: Every Friday from April 10, 2026 to June 5, 2026

• Onsite Work (Monday–Thursday): The following transactions and services shall be fully available and conducted in school:
1. Enrollment-related concerns and learner records requests
2. Processing of clearances, certifications, and other school documents
3. Receiving and releasing of official communications and reports
4. Administrative and office operations, including finance and supply-related transactions

Enrollment Schedule: ​April 14-30, 2026 (Monday-Thursday Only)
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

​​1. Enrollment Form​ with the Attachment
​2. G​uidance Form 1 & 2
​3. Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
4. Original ​Grade 10 Report Card (Form 138)
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
6. Medical Certificate
7. 1x​1 ID Picture​ (To be glued on the Guidance Form 1)


📌Enrollment Instructions:

1. The Guidance Forms 1 & 2, and the Enrolment Form ​and its Attachment can be downloaded from the link https://bit.ly/STECSHSEnrolment​

​2. Please print each of the files (back-to-back) in a ​L​ONG bond paper and write your responses legibly.
NOTE: Enrolment Form - 1 file (back to back)

​3. These documents must be FASTENED ON TOP in a ​L​ONG ​white folder following the sequence listed above. Kindly ensure that the ​documents are securely fastened, as unfastened papers often end up lost.

​4. If you do NOT wish to proceed with the enrollment process, please message the STEC Senior High page to express your disinterest. Waived slots will be given to the wait listed students.

5. Make sure to bring all the required documents for a smooth enrollment process.
