JO1 Michael M Colminas, speaker of the day emphasized that ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ is not about hiding our emotions. It is about learning to manage anger, stress, frustration, and disappointment with patience, wisdom, and self-control.
For both Jail Officers and Persons Deprived of Liberty, managing our emotions helps us build better relationships, make wiser choices, and face challenges with patience and understaning.
As Galatians 5:22-23 reminds us, self-control is a fruit of the Spirit. When we learn to control our emotions, we become better equipped to show kindness, understanding, and respect to others.
