Recognizing the need for the Filipino citizens from all walks of life in heeding President Rodrigo Duterte’s call for change, we, freedom-loving and patriotic Filipinos, vowing to take up the commitment of upholding social justice and national development, rejecting corruption, defeating dangerous and illegal drugs and criminality, promoting genuine peace, and inculcating love of country among all Filipinos, hereby promulgate this Constitution.
