📢🚦 PUBLIC ADVISORY | LTO License Plate Distribution 🚦📢
The Land Transportation Office (LTO), in coordination with the Liga ng mga Barangay Laoag City under the leadership of PB Rbee Ablan, and the City Government of Laoag under Mayor James Bryan Alcid, will be conducting the distribution of license plates this September 15, 2025 (Monday) at the Covered Court near Slaughterhouse, Barangay 1, San Lorenzo from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN.
✅ Scheduled Barangays:
• Brgy. 1, San Lorenzo
• Brgy. 2, Sta Joaquina
• Brgy. 3, Nra Sra del Rosario
• Brgy. 4, San Guillermo
• Brgy. 5, San Pedro
• Brgy. 6, San Agustin
• Brgy. 7-A, Nra Sra de Natividad
• Brgy. 7-B, Nra Sra de Natividad
🔑 Open to all owners of:
• Motorcycles
• Tricycles (Private or For Hire)
• Year 2017 and below
📄 Requirements:
• Photocopy of Official Receipt (OR)
• Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (CR)
• Authorization Letter (if claiming through a representative)
• Deed of Sale (if the vehicle is not under your name)
