February 1st is the start of LAOAG CITY PAMULINAWEN FESTIVAL 2018.

Please be guided with the Traffic Re- Routing for the CIVIC MILITARY PARADE which starts at Brgy. 5 Mabini St Laoag City to Gen. Segundo Ave, then turn left to Rizal St and ends at the Laoag City Public Market. Parade starts at 1pm. Thank you and Happy Fiesta LAOAG!
