Pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-012, conducting the Barangay Assembly for the first quarter of 2026 with a theme, “Nagkakaisang Barangay Tungo sa Kalinisan, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan, at Kaunlaran".

Special mention to the Philippine National Police for reminding our constituents regarding peace and order, traffic rules and regulations.

Likewise, we thank the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for reinforcing awareness on fire safety and preparedness within the barangay.

May we also thanks, Mayor James Bryan Alcid for the snacks that he gave for our attendees.

The PSA will conduct National ID Registration/Updating of Corrections/Issuance of National ID in paper form on January 24, 2026 (Saturday). 8:30 am - 5:00 pm @ Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Laoag City

Registration is open for the following age groups:

0-1 year old
1-4 years old
5 years and above

Please ensure you have the necessary documents.

Age 0 - 4 years old
*Birth Certificate original copy(either Live Birth/PSA/Local Copy)
* National ID of accompanying guardian
(PhilID/ePhilID/Digital ID)

Age 5-above
*PSA/Local Copy Birth Certificate(original) if married women with PSA Marriage Certificate
* Or any Government Issued ID.
