This annual celebration recognizes excellence through the Seal of Good Youth Governance, Raniag Awards for Outstanding Youth Projects under the LYDC and Sangguniang Kabataan categories, Raniag Excellence in Youth Governance Awards, and the Raniag Outstanding Public Relations Awards, highlighting impactful programs, effective leadership, and meaningful youth engagement. Despite the low numbers, we managed to get through such a grueling first game within the Laoag City Palarong Pamasko 2025 SK Basketball Category. Catch our young guns as they continue the challenge on Monday against Brgy 40, 7PM at the Laoag City Sports Complex .

Classes in ALL LEVELS in both PUBLIC and PRIVATE schools as well as work in government offices are CANCELLED tomorrow, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, as continues to intensify as it passes by over the northern portion of Luzon.

Laoag City is still under TCWS Signal No. 3 as of 5:00 PM today, September 22, 2025.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Essential workers should maintain open lines of communication and are required to report to maintain essential services.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, in partnership with the Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center and Singapore General Hospital, will be offering free surgical services on October 9 to 11, 2025.

Specialized surgical services will include:

• cleft lip and palate deformities
• skin contractures from burns or electrocution
• breast deformities
• hand deformities and microvascular cases
• shoulder, knee, or hip injuries
• osteoarthritis of the hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, or hand
