CURFEW ORDINANCE FOR MINORS

In accordance with City Ordinance No. 2005-093, everyone is reminded:

For minors (17 years old and below): Staying outside the residence is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Except when:
• Accompanied by parents or legal guardians
• Attending to work, important errands, or emergencies
• Participating in special occasions or fiesta celebrations

Penalties for Violation:
• 1st Offense – ₱500
• 2nd Offense – ₱1,000
• 3rd Offense – ₱1,500 + possible additional penalties

Reminder to Parents and Establishment Owners:
Parents/guardians and owners/managers of establishments may also be held liable if minors are allowed outside or inside their premises during curfew hours.
