The Sangguniang Kabataan of 59-A Dibua South would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our esteemed judges, Mr. Ryan Jerome Uganiza, the SK Bookkeeper of Laoag City, and Mr. Kyle Vincent Gaoiran, the SK Secretary of Brgy. 59-B Dibua North, for their time, effort, and expertise in making our Parol Making and Christmas Decoration Competition a huge success!
