📢 IMPORTANT ADVISORY: COURT OPERATION SUSPENSION

Please be advised that work and court operations at the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 4-Family Court (FC) in Laoag City are SUSPENDED TODAY, June 4, 2026.

This suspension is due to a scheduled power interruption announced by the Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc., from 6:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.

While normal operations are paused, a skeleton workforce will be maintained to handle urgent matters.

Official court hotlines and email accounts will remain active during this period.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to OCA Circular No. 82-2026 issued by the Office of the Court Administrator on May 8, 2026, the work-from-home (WFH) arrangement in all first- and second-level courts has been LIFTED.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the Family Court - Branch 4, Laoag City shall revert to the regular five-day workweek schedule. In accordance with the guidelines, the official working hours are:
