📌 Supplemental AIP No. 1 & Supplemental Budget No. 1 for CY 2026 of Barangay Calaoagan.

📌 Draft Ordinance No. 2026-013 - Establishing a Scholarship Program for Qualified College Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the Municipality of Laoac, Pangasinan, Providing Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes. Proposed by Hon. Glaiza Mae O. Collado.

📌 Draft Ordinance No. 2026-014 - Updating the Children’s Welfare Code of the Municipality of Laoac, Pangasinan and Providing for Additional Functions and Appropriating Funds for Other Purposes. Proposed by Hon. Yolanda S. Rufo.

📌 Draft Ordinance No. 2026-015 - Providing for a Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Policy on the Basis of Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) and Providing Penalty for Violation Thereof and for Other Purposes. Initiated by Vice Mayor Jose Benedict E. Lopena.

📌 Draft Ordinance No. 2026-010 - Establishing a Local Preference Policy for the Recruitment and Hiring of Qualified Residents of the Municipality of Laoac, Pangasinan, by Private Institutions operating within the Municipality, and for other purposes. Proposed by Hon. John Dee N. Cisnero.

📌 ABYIP & Annual Budget for CY 2026 of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion.

📌 Collection Report on the Operations of the Laoac Cockpit Arena covering January to June 2026.

📌 Draft Ordinance No. 2026-011 - Providing for the Preservation of the Local History in the Municipality of Laoac, Pangasinan, the Annual Convening of All Local Araling Panlipunan Teachers, and Creation of the Local Municipal History Committee. Proposed by Hon. John Dee N. Cisnero.

📌 Draft Ordinance No. 2026-012 - Promoting Animal Welfare, Prohibiting Animal Cruelty and Providing Penalties for Violations in the Municipality of Laoac, Pangasinan. Proposed by Hon. John Dee N. Cisnero.

The Sangguniang Bayan during its 54th Regular Session on July 20, 2026 has approved the following Municipal Resolutions, to wit:

📌 Expressing Support to the Adoption of the Localized Anti-Criminality Action Plan (LACAP) entitled “Implementation and Proper Utilization of Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (PoC) as the Primary Communication Equipment to be Utilized by the Laoac Municipal Police Station and the Twenty-Two (22) Barangays of the Municipality of Laoac”.

📌 Authorizing the Municipal Mayor Ricardo D. Balderas to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Authority for Child Care (NACC) relative to the implementation of Adoption and Alternative Child Care Programs in Promoting and Protecting the Rights of Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP).

📌 Authorizing the Municipal Mayor Ricardo D. Balderas to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Education (DepEd) relative to the implementation of the Basic Education Facilities Program in the Municipality of Laoac, Pangasinan.
