The Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test under the Alternative Learning System (ALS) continues to open doors of opportunity for learners striving to complete their education. This initiative is made stronger through the unwavering support of our local leaders—Brgy. Captain Hon. Sonia B. Barnachea for her dedication to community service and for supporting us with the van transportation of our learners to and fro the testing center, Brgy. Captain Hon. Boding Balowa and SB Councilor Hon. Bailala Balowa for their generous financial assistance, and Municipal Administrator Engr. Joselito Miquiabas for consistently supporting ALS activities, giving utmost support in every ALS activities and providing us with transportation and assigned drivers that truly cared to the teachers and ALS learners, to the LGU Bacolod, SB Council with vice mayor Hon. Alfons Janssen Alpoy Marcera for allowing us to have space in the new economic center of Bacolod that serves as our municipal CLC and review space in preparation for the A&E examination and to the mother of municipality of Bacolod, our municipal mayor Hon. Judith V. Miquiabas for the undying support for ALS implementation in Bacolod district as we continues to thrive and empower more learners to pursue their dreams.
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to EPS II Kristine Timo for her invaluable technical guidance and learning support, District In-Charge Ma’am Jasmin M. Marohom for the guidance and words of encouragement not just to our ALS learners but also the ALS teachers of Bacolod, and LDN Division ALS Focal Person Sir Rotsen V. Escorial for the initiatives that addresses the learners needs and that along with the dedicated ALS teachers of Bacolod District whose selfless efforts that supported and valued their ALS learners. Above all, we celebrate the perseverance of our ALS learners—from their days of review to the moment they bravely faced the examination. Their journey is a true testament to resilience and determination. As we move forward, let us remember: “Education lights the way to every aspiration’s destination—through ALS, dreams rise with dedication and determination.”
