LOOK | LGU Lal-lo Conducts SK Web Portal Registration, Full Public Disclosure Policy Seminar
The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lal-lo, under the leadership of Mayor Florence Oliver B. Pascual and Vice Mayor Maria Olivia B. Pascual, through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) headed by Renier Sinco, conducted an orientation on Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Web Portal Registration cm Full SK Public Disclosure Policy Seminar today, January 24, 2026, at the Function Hall of the Lal-lo Multi-Purpose Center (LMPC), attended by SK members across the municipality of Lal-lo led by SK Federation President Andrea Faye I. Combate.
In his opening message, Mayor Pascual, represented by his Private Secretary, Joseph Bacuyag, underscored the role of technology in the efficient processing of official documents and encouraged the participants to actively engage in the lectures, emphasizing that the activity is aligned with the vision and direction of the municipal leadership, particularly Mayor Pascual and VM Pascual.
Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) Miriam T. Tan, ENP, discussed the SK Full Public Disclosure Policy, highlighting the importance of transparency, accountability, and proper documentation in SK governance.
Meanwhile, Information Systems Analyst (ISA) Sherman A. Tamayao, together with Ms. Kristen C. Orata, both from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), led the session on SK Web Portal Registration, guiding the participants through the account creation process and emphasizing the portalโs role in promoting efficient reporting, compliance, and transparent governance among SK officials.
The activity concluded with a commitment from the SK officials to uphold transparency, accountability, and responsible digital governance, as the LGU Lal-lo continues to strengthen leadership among the youth through responsive local governance programs.
