Officials from the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) paid a courtesy call to the LGU Lagawe, which was represented by Municipal Administrator Atty. Presley John L. Namingit.

The courtesy visit forms part of NAMRIA’s ongoing coordination efforts with local government units in relation to its Forestand Land Classification (FLC) Project. During the meeting, both parties discussed matters concerning land classification activities and the importance of collaboration between the national agency and the municipal government.

The visit highlighted the commitment of NAMRIA to work closely with LGUs to ensure accurate land classification, data validation, and proper information dissemination at the local level. In response, the Municipal Administrator expressed the municipality’s support for the project and assured continued cooperation to facilitate its implementation in Lagawe.

The 1st Executive Committee (ExeCom) Meeting was held at the Lagawe Municipal Evacuation Center, Boliwong, Lagawe, in preparation for the upcoming KULPI AD LAGAWE 2026.

The meeting was headed by Mayor Leslie Roy H. Nayahangan, with the participation of Vice Mayor Gregorio Dangayo Jr., together with Department Heads, Section Chiefs, and representatives from concerned offices, including the PNP, BFP, and the Sangguniang Bayan Secretary.
