In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 116 issued by the Office of the President, the Land Transportation Office Region V informs the public of the following work arrangement on April 1, 2026:

🕗 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Work From Home arrangement in all LTO V Offices

🕛 Starting 12:01 PM onwards
Work is suspended in all LTO V Offices

This is in observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, allowing our personnel to properly observe the Holy Week.

Regular office operations will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.

We encourage everyone to plan your transactions accordingly.

Please be informed that all offices of the Land Transportation Office Region V will be CLOSED on March 20, 2026 (Friday) in observance of Eid al-Fitr (Feast of Ramadan), as declared under Proclamation No. 1189, a Regular Holiday throughout the country.

Regular office operations and services will resume on the next working day. The public is advised to plan their transactions accordingly.
