Moderate with occasionally heavy (4.5-7.5 with occasionally 7.5-15 liters/meter^2 per hour) with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are being experienced in (SanIsidro, Asuncion), (Maigo, Kolambugan, Magsaysay), (DatuBlahT.Sinsuat, Upi, Kabuntalan, NorthernKabuntalan, Parang), (DatuPiang, DatuSaudi-Ampatuan, DatuUnsay, DatuAbdullahSangki, ShariffAguak, Mamasapano, RajahBuayan), (Sinacaban), (Midsayap) which may persist within 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

Light to moderate (2.5-5.5 liters/meter^2 per hour) with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are being experienced in (SanFernando), (Talaingod, Kapalong, NewCorella, SantoTomas, Carmen, PanaboCity), (SultansaBarongis, GeneralSalipadaK.Pendatun, Pandag), (Lambayong, TacurongCity, PresidentQuirino) which may persist within 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

SYNOPSIS:
At 3:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,030 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (22.7°N, 131.6°E). Localized thunderstorms affecting Mindanao.

FORECAST:
Zamboanga Peninsula and Misamis Occidental will have partly cloudy skies to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from southeast to southwest with slight to moderate seas.
