Membership will open June 15, 2026 to all DOST-SEI scholars enrolled at the University.

Interested students are encouraged to join and participate. For inquiries and application details, please get in touch with the organizationโ€™s officers through the UB TALAS FB Page.

Young minds gathered for a series of fun and engaging tutoring sessions through ToYouToRing, an initiative under ACE CARDS in partnership with the Baguio City Public Library.

Grade 3 and Grade 4 learners spent their mornings exploring lessons, strengthening foundational skills, and discovering that learning can be both meaningful and enjoyable. The activity also provided volunteers with an opportunity to share their knowledge and passion for education while fostering a supportive learning environment for all participants.

Through collaboration among learners, parents, volunteers, and community partners, ToYouToRing continues to promote accessible learning opportunities and inspire a love for education beyond the classroom.

The Baguio City Public Library, in partnership with ACE CARDS, conducted its Free Tutoring Sessions for Grade 3 and Grade 4 learners on June 3. The activity aimed to provide young students with additional learning opportunities during the summer.

The tutoring sessions focused on enhancing the participantsโ€™ skills in reading, writing and mathematics through engaging lessons and interactive activities.

The sessions were facilitated by volunteer tutors from ACE CARDS, a regional academic organization of DOST scholars in the Cordillera Administrative Region certified by the DOSTโ€“Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI). The tutors provided meaningful learning experiences that encouraged active participation among the students.

The Baguio City Public Library extends its sincere appreciation to ACE CARDS and all participating learners and parents for contributing to the success of the program.
