For info: To facilitate processing of Disbursement Vouchers, kindly attach all pertinent supporting documents as required under COA Circular 2012-01, dated June 2012. You can also use the checklist of supporting documents for specific transaction, as your guide. Also, the checklist of supporting documents must be attached on the face of every Disbursement Voucher to be submitted for processing. Your cooperation is highly solicited to have a timely processing of claims...I.B
