PANDANYAG FESTIVAL CLASH OF TALENTS (SEASON 2)
AUDITION SCHEDULE:
April 4-8, 2020 (8:00 AM-3:00 PM) & April 13-14, 2020 (8:00 AM-12:00 noon) at the La Libertad Convention Center/Auditorium
MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES:
1. The contest is OPEN TO ALL.
2. Contestants must be 18 years and above, performing as solo, duo, trio, or as a group.
3. In forming groups, only a maximum of 12 members is allowed.
4. Your presentation must be wholesome.
5. You may showcase a dance number, song number, magic tricks, stand-up comedy, pet show / animal act, play or a combination of talents and etc. If you think you got talent, bring it on!
6. For animal act, you must inform us first that you are bringing animals, telling us the number and type of animals. This includes any dangerous animals (snakes, etc.) all animals brought must be either caged or on a lead.
7. Use of fire, pyrotechnics, death-defying stunts, daring and obscene acts, and foul languages are prohibited.
8. The presentation should last for a maximum of 8 minutes only and a minimum of 3 minutes. Overtime and under time shall be subject to deduction of points.
9. You must fill up the registration form provided by the committee on or before the scheduled screening. Said screening will determine the Top 10 finalists to proceed to the grand showdown on April 23, 2020 at 8:00 in the evening.
10. A waiver is also required for the Top 10 finalists to make sure that you are mentally, emotionally and physically set for your performance.
11. At the end of the performances, scores will be tallied using the ranking system. Three (3) contestants will be eliminated, while the rest of the seven (7) will proceed to the Final Round.
12. Announcement of winners will follow shortly after the Final Round. Here, three will get the grand prize, second place and third place awards.
13. The judges’ decisions are final and not subject to review, debate, contest or dispute.
14. The committee and the LGU of La Libertad will not be held responsible for any untoward incident. Make sure that you are physically fit to perform the act.
15. Violation of any of the rules will mean automatic disqualification.
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
Talent and Skill – 50%
Originality and Creativity – 25%
Projection and Over-all Impact – 25%
PRIZES:
Grand Winner – P 10,000
1st Runner-up – P 7,000
2nd Runner-up – P 5,000
Consolation (7) - P 2,000

Calling all individuals who hold significant photos of La Libertad from year 1919 up to the present, BE PART OF THE CENTENNIAL PHOTO EXHIBIT in line with La Libertad's Centennial Anniversary Celebration.
GUIDELINES:
1. Photos must depict the life, culture, and geographical features of La Libertad.
2. Photos must be taken from 1919 up to the present, however, photos that are 60 years older are given higher weight.
3. Upon submission, photo-owner shall fill-up the Registration Form and give a brief description of his/her photo/s.
4. All submitted photos are subject to screening for inclusion during the Centennial Photo Exhibit on December 29, 2018 to January 1, 2019 at the La Libertad Convention Center.
Interested persons may submit their photos to the Office of the Mayor, La Libertad Municipal Hall. Submission period is from November 26-December 15, 2018. Expect a token/reward if you're one of the lucky photo contributors.
