Good news!!!

Starting April 30, 2026, PhilHealth has significantly increased maternity benefits, raising coverage for normal delivery to ₱29,000 (from ₱9,750) and cesarean section to ₱58,000–₱62,000 (from ₱37,000). The package includes up to eight prenatal checkups, vaccinations, laboratory tests, and three postnatal follow-up visits, aiming to provide free or low-cost maternity care.

Celebrating a Milestone for our Little Learners! 🎓🌟

The City Government of La Carlota and the CSWDO successfully held the 36th Moving Up Ceremony today, March 29, 2026.

With 18 Day Care Centers participating in the morning and 12 in the afternoon, we are proud to see our children growing up healthy, nourished, and protected.

Congratulations to all the students from Brgy. 1-3, Araal, Yubo, Haguimit, La Granja, Nagasi, RSB, Ayungon, San Miguel, Batuan, Balabag, and Cubay!

Nurture the child today, lead the city tomorrow. ✨

Started the day with smiles, strength, and sisterhood 💜✨

We continue to celebrate International Women’s Month 2026 with hearts full of gratitude and purpose. I am grateful to attend a gathering of strong, empowered women at Barangay Cubay, La Carlota City. This activity was organized by BVAW Officer Racquel Angelitud and wholeheartedly supported by Barangay Captain Gerald Miaga and his Council, all for the benefit of the women of Brgy. Cubay. They will be treated to a day of pampering, haircut and nail care services. Truly, a well deserved break from their day to day routine.

As your SP Committee Chair on Women, I resolutely affirm my commitment to continue supporting and uplifting the welfare of our Mangkasanon women—ensuring that every woman is heard, valued, and empowered.

Here’s to stronger women and safer communities. 💪💜

This afternoon, we crowned the King and Queen of Hearts 2026 of Ayungon Elementary School. 🤴🏻👸🏻❤️

The event was a successful collaboration between the teachers, parents and students. Together with Councilor Akoy Sia, Councilor Jimmy Mariño and Kagawad Joenel Conde, we say a big Congratulations! ❤️

Honored to attend the opening ceremony of the Sitio Carolina Basketball & Volleyball Inter-Zone League 2026. This inter-zone league fosters teamwork and sportsmanship as it brings our community together through passion and play.
