The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) – La Carlota Chapter actively participated in the Araw ng Kabataan celebration held on August 30, 2025, at the La Carlota City Evacuation Center. The event was spearheaded by the 14 SK Chairpersons of La Carlota City, in partnership with the City Welfare and Social Development Office (CSWDO) and the PYAP Federation Officers.

Youth across La Carlota City gathered for a day of camaraderie and celebration, enjoying a variety of contests and games. A highlight of the program was the oath-taking of the PYAP Officers, administered by City Mayor Hon. Joelu Jalandoni. The PYAP officers also led an energetic Zumba dance and played a key role facilitating in the day's activities.
