Ipinapaalam ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na pansamantalang magiging offline ang system ng ahensya at maaaring magkaroon ng pansamantalang pagkaantala ng pagproseso ng mga transaksyon ngayong araw, Setyembre 14, 2026, bilang bahagi ng isinasagawang transition mula sa Stradcom LTO-IT System patungo sa Land Transportation Management System (LTMS).

Humihingi ang LTO ng pang-unawa ng publiko sa anumang abalang maaaring idulot ng pansamantalang pagkaantala. Magbibigay ang ahensya ng karagdagang abiso sa sandaling maging maayos na ang sistema at maaari nang ipagpatuloy ang mga transaksyon.

ROADSIDE INSPECTION AND TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION

Under the direct supervision of LTO-NIR OIC-Regional Director Jeck D. Conlu and Assistant Regional Director Monico Jr. A. Puentevella, The Land Transportation Office (LTO) – La Carlota City District Office, in coordination with the Traffic Enforcement Unit of Bago City and the Bago City Local Government Unit (LGU), conducted a random roadside inspection and traffic law enforcement operation along Bago City College Highway, Bago City.

The operation was conducted to ensure compliance with Republic Act No. 4136 (Land Transportation and Traffic Code), Republic Act No. 8750 (Seat Belts Use Act of 1999), and other pertinent transportation and traffic laws, rules, and regulations.

This enforcement activity forms part of the continuing efforts of the LTO, in partnership with the City Government of Bago, under the leadership of Hon. Mayor Mayette Javellana, to promote road safety, strengthen compliance among motorists, and ensure the effective and orderly implementation of existing transportation and traffic laws.

The LTO–La Carlota City District Office, together with the Bago City Traffic Enforcement Unit and the Bago City Local Government Unit, remains steadfast in its commitment to uphold and enforce transportation laws and regulations and to promote safer roads, responsible driving, and disciplined road use within Bago City.

LTO–LA CARLOTA CITY DISTRICT OFFICE CONDUCTS RANDOM ROADSIDE INSPECTION

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) – La Carlota City District Office conducted a random roadside inspection within the territorial jurisdiction of La Carlota City as part of its continuing enforcement efforts to ensure compliance with Republic Act No. 4136 (Land Transportation and Traffic Code), Republic Act No. 8750 (Seat Belts Use Act of 1999), and other pertinent transportation and traffic laws, rules, and regulations.

The enforcement activity was undertaken to promote road safety, strengthen compliance among motorists, and ensure the proper implementation of existing traffic laws and regulations.

ENFORCEMENT RESULTS:

Total TOP issued: 12
Impounded Vehicles: 6
Total Violations Recorded: 31

The LTO–La Carlota City District Office remains committed to the effective and consistent enforcement of transportation laws in pursuit of safer roads and responsible road use among all

🚦 **JOINT RANDOM ROADSIDE INSPECTION | BAGO CITY** 🚔

Under the supervision of LTO-NIR OIC-Regional Director Jeck D. Conlu and Assistant Regional Director Monico Jr. A. Puentevilla, the LTO–La Carlota City District Office, in collaboration with Bago City LGU headed by Mayor Mayette Javellana through Bago City Traffic Management Unit and PNP Traffic Section, conducted a Joint Roadside Inspection in Bago City last August 12, 19, and 27, 2026.

These activities were conducted to strengthen traffic law enforcement, promote road safety and discipline, and ensure compliance with existing traffic laws, rules, and regulations. It also aimed to help ensure that motorists and vehicles traversing public roads are properly documented and compliant with safety requirements.

Through continued coordination and collaboration among concerned agencies, the LTO, Bago City-LGU, through its Traffic Management Unit and PNP Traffic Section remain committed to maintaining orderly, safe, and responsible road use in Bago City. 🛣️
