Following the turnover of Water is Life Project at Rang-ay Integrated Schoolโ€“Datu Rudy Pandong Sr. Extension in Banga, South Cotabato, RC Koronadal hosted a milestone anniversary celebration alongside partner club RC Baguio Highlands.

The event honored the club's 65-year legacy of civic service in South Cotabato. It also highlighted the strength of inter-district partnerships in successfully addressing critical health and sanitation gaps in rural communities.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion and turnover of the "Water is Life" Project at Rang-ay Integrated Schoolโ€“Datu Rudy Pandong Sr. Extension in South Cotabato!
This initiative, a joint effort between the Rotary Club of Koronadal and the Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands, provides students and the Sitio Lambalas community with a sustainable source of clean, safe water.

The project features a new water storage and distribution system designed to provide potable water to the schoolโ€™s learners and the surrounding Sitio Lambalas community.

Led by Presidents Arman Ayson and Ponciano Valdez Jr., the collaboration was supported by District 3790 Assistant Governor Anna Liza Chan, Director Lala Manangan, and Rotarian Eric Manangan.

This joint venture exemplifies the Rotary mission of "Unite for Good," addressing critical infrastructure needs to promote health and sanitation in remote areas.

Socomedics Medical Center (SMC) provided permanent family planning to 23 local women during its 4th Bilateral Tubal Ligation (BTL) Outreach Program on April 24, 2026.

The initiative was made possible through a broad partnership with the Rotary Club of Koronadal, South Cotabato Medical Society, POGS-Koronadal, ICM, IPHO, CHO, FPOP, and Galenx.

To support patient recovery, Armann Pharma and Espaรฑol Pharmacy provided free take-home medications. This successful mission highlights SMC's continued commitment to making quality reproductive healthcare accessible to the community.

On April 16, 2026, the Rotary Club of Koronadal hosted the Fellowship Night for incoming Presidents-Elect (PEs) and Secretaries-Elect (SEs) during the District 3860 Club Leadership Learning Seminar (CLLS) at The Farm at Carpenter Hill.

Welcoming the Rotary leaders was Koronadal City Mayor Erlinda P. Araquil, who underscored the vital partnership between the local government and civic organizations. Embracing an "African Safari" theme, the event provided a high-energy networking platform for leaders across the district. The evening focused on building camaraderie and a "Hakuna Matata" spirit ahead of the 2026โ€“2027 Rotary year, transitioning from the day's intensive leadership sessions to a night of celebration and local hospitality.

President- Elect Fe Montaรฑo and Secretary- Elect Jo Ann Gumbao joined fellow Rotary leaders at The Farm at Carpenter Hill on April 16โ€“18, 2026, for the District 3860 PELS-SELS and Club Leadership and Grant Management Learning Seminars.

The seminars were spearheaded by District Governor-Elect (DGE) Arlene Juele Adlawan, who officially kicked off the event with an inspiring message anchored on the theme "Create Lasting Impact". DGE Adlawan led sessions designed to equip the incoming team for the Rotary Year 2026โ€“2027, highlighting the importance of strong clubs in building stronger communities.

Supporting the incoming executives were PAG John Thomas Franco, IPP Donna May Ligo, PP Arnel Robles, and various club officers.

The three-day event focused on strategic leadership and grants management, concluding with a shared commitment to "Create Lasting Impact" across the district.
