Practice. Prepare. Protect.

The CDRRMO in partnership with Koronadal City Fire Station conducted earthquake drill at City Hall last July 9, 2026 which evaluated not just the safety and evacuation measures during an earthquake, but also the response capacity of the City Hall Quick Response Team by adding a simple rescue and medical scenario in the drill.

The activity helps prepare participants to respond safely during an earthquake by practicing evacuation, basic first aid, and rescue procedures. A simple medical and rescue response scenario helps improve coordination, ensuring injured persons receive prompt assistance while emergency responders practice safe and effective rescue operations.

Every drill is a step toward saving lives.

Stay alert, stay informed, and always remember: Duck, Cover, and Hold!
