๐Š๐Ž๐‘๐Ž๐๐€๐ƒ๐€๐‹ ๐‚๐ˆ๐“๐˜, ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ โ€“ March 7, 2025โ€”The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Region XII, in partnership with the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), conducts a tree planting activity as part of the celebration of the 2025 National Women's Month at Barangay Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City.

The event was led by NAPOLCOM Region XII Regional Director Atty. Randy F. Babao. Approximately 60 participants, including the Assistant Director of Personnel of NAPOLCOM and representatives from City ENRO participated. A pre-planting orientation was provided by City ENRO Section Head of Forest Management Arlyn Mae G. Belarmino and her team of forest technicians and forest rangers. Over 300 mixed fruit trees and forest trees were planted in Purok Mainuswagon.

This collaborative initiative actualized both NAPOLCOM Region XII and CENRO's commitment to environmental sustainability and their support for the national theme, "Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas" (Women in All Sectors, a Brighter Tomorrow in a New Philippines).

๐‘ด๐’‚๐’“๐’„๐’‰ 6, 2025 โ€“ City ENRO personnel successfully conducted the cleanup drive yesterday along B'lok Creek, from Abad Santos to Osmeรฑa Street. This proactive effort aims to restore the waterwayโ€™s cleanliness and enhance its aesthetic and ecological value.

The cleanup drive initiative has collected substantial amounts of trash and debris, including various waste types such as plastic bottles, discarded clothing, disposable diapers, paper, and other miscellaneous items. This demonstrates the city's commitment to proper solid waste management. The Environmental Management Division plans to continue such initiatives in the future.
