Koronadalenyos, magsinadya kita sa Celebrity Night and Mayor's Night with Raffle Draw!

Let's groove and sing out loud with DJ Miles Hipolito and Kuerdas Band tomorrow, January 16.. Here are also the things to remember in order to join the raffle draw:

Eligibility:
1. The raffle is open to all registered voters and residents of the City of Koronadal who are 18 years old and above.
2. Participants must present their VALID ID or voter ID/registration as proof of residency.

Registration Process:
1. Registration will start on January 14, 2025, at the City Hall Lobby and will remain open until 6:00 PM on January 16, 2025.
Schedule of registration are as follows:
• January 14, 2025 – 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• January 15, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• January 16, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
2. To register, participants must bring:
A Voter’s ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC); or
Any valid ID or proof of identity showing a Koronadal City address (e.g., Barangay ID, Driver’s License, Postal ID, etc.)

Raffle Mechanics:
1. Upon registration, participants will receive one (1) official raffle entry.
2. The raffle draw will take place during the Mayor’s Night and Celebrity Night event on January 16, 2025 at the City Hall Grounds.
3. Only registered participants who meet the eligibility criteria will be included in the raffle draw.

Prize Claiming:
1. Winners must present a valid ID matching the registration details to claim their prize.
2. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be redrawn at the discretion of the organizers.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Participants must personally register; proxy registration will not be allowed.
2. Registration entries are non-transferable. Only the registered participant can claim the prize.
3. Participants must be present at the raffle draw to win. A valid ID will be required to verify the winner's identity during the claiming of prizes.
4. Raffle entries must be legible, accurate, and complete. Illegible or fraudulent entries will be automatically disqualified.

Prizes:
- 4 brand new motorcycles
- 2 double door refrigerators
- 2 washing machine with dryer
- 10 rice cooker
- 5 stand fan
- 20 sacks of rice
- 100 bags of 10kgs rice

To strengthen the capacity of Assessor’s Office to optimize and stabilize the revenue generation through automated and streamlined appraisal and assessment of real properties, we are committed to harmonize and synchronize the mapping system (manual and digital) together with the personnel of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region XII headed by Tajoden Naga, Division Chief, Survey, Community Environment and Natural Resources represented by Madam Fe Agnes and Mapping Division and City ENRO Augustus L. Bretaña.

It increases the taxpayer’s satisfaction as it enables fast, convenient and quality provision of services, helping them to improve their compliance with the regulations and their tax obligations. Digitalization also promotes uniformity and fairness in assessing real properties.

City Appraisal Committee chaired by our City Assessor Maria Rhea Connie Apostol, MPA, REA together with the CAC Members City Treasurer Marloun C. Gumbao,CPA, MPA, REB and City Engineer Engr. Ruel Tianchon, MPA, REA, REB, TWG Members and resource person Dr. Vincent Ende conducted a meeting today, December 4, 2024 held at Hummingbird Café, Koronadal City to discuss the following agenda:

1. Re-appraisal of offered additional lot intended for the proposed Slaughterhouse located at Brgy. Paraiso;
2. Update on the Appraisal of the offered lot intended for the proposed Superhealth Center located at Brgy. GPS; and
3. Other matters - Expansion of CAC Members, Budget for Assistance to CAC and others
