#𝗣𝗦𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 2026-30: The Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) reminds all concerned Procuring Entities (PEs) covered by the last phase of the PhilGEPS 1.5 decommissioning schedule that 𝟯𝟭 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗚𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝟭.𝟱.
Effective 𝟭 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, no new procurement opportunities shall be posted on the platform. All succeeding procurement activities shall be undertaken through the eBidding Facility of the Modernized PhilGEPS (mPhilGEPS), in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
Pursuant to 2026-15 and 2026-18, the remaining government agencies include:
- Local Government Units (LGUs);
- State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and LGU-funded Universities;
- Government Hospitals, including LGU-funded Hospitals;
- Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), whether attached to or under the administrative supervision of any department, office, or branch of government;
- Government Financial Institutions (GFIs);
- Local Water Districts;
- Government Instrumentalities with Corporate Powers (GICPs); and
- Other instrumentalities, offices, agencies, corporations, or entities of the government not expressly covered under the previous cut-off schedules.
To ensure a smooth and timely migration for these PEs, PS-DBM will conduct an online briefing seminar covering the transition timeline, eBidding process, and other important reminders on 29 October 2026 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM via Google Meet.
