AN ORDINANCE RENAMING SUCODAN ELMENTARY SCHOOL TO FELIX BONGCAWIL SR. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED IN BARANGAY SUCODAN, MUNICIPALITY OF KOLAMBUGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE.

The Sangguniang Bayan Committee of the Whole convened to discuss the Proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by and between the Local Government Unit of Kolambugan, represented by the Local Chief Executive Hon. Lorenzo V. Mañigos and the Simbuco Aqua Marine Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SAMMPC) for the implementation of Bangus Culture High Density Polyethylene Cages and the establishment of Solar-Powered Freezing Facility Project.

The Sangguniang Bayan authorized the TEMPORARY FARE INCREASE on Motor cabs plying within the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipality of Kolambugan through the Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 110 s. 2026.

In the said SB Resolution approved during its 30th Regular Session, the august body finds the increase amounting to Php 5.00 to be reasonable and timely considering the crisis we are experiencing today.

This Fare Increase is TEMPORARY ONLY and shall be brought back to previous fare once oil and fuel prices stabilize prior to the Middle East Crisis.
