✅ Eligible Schools:
• Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU)
• Saint Joseph Institute of Technology (SJIT)
• Saint Michael College of Caraga (SMCC)

📌 Limited Slots: Up to three (3) qualified students per barangay only.
