๐ SU***DE PREVENTION MONTH | SEPTEMBER ๐
You are not alone. Your feelings are valid, your life is valuable, and your story is not over.
This Su***de Prevention Month, let us remind every learner, teacher, parent, and member of our school community that it is okay to ask for help, it is okay to talk, and it is okay to not have everything figured out.
Let us continue to spread hope, support one another, and encourage conversations where everyone feels heard, respected, and cared for. A simple act of kindness, a listening ear, or asking someone how they are doing can help build a more compassionate and supportive school community.
๐ฑ Let us choose compassion over judgment.
๐ค Let us listen without judgment.
๐ฌ Let us start the conversation.
๐ Let us remind one another: You matter.
If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a trusted adult, teacher, school counselor, parent/guardian, or mental health professional. You do not have to face difficult moments alone.
Together, let us create a school where hope is shared, support is accessible, and every person feels valued.
Changing the Narrative. Starting the Conversation. Spreading Hope.
