Sharing Meals, Sharing Smiles at Baguinge ES!

Today, we welcomed Ma’am Evelyn De Rueda and the Proverbs 22:9 Ministries team to Baguinge ES! This ministry, alongside Christ Is The Answer Church and Pastor Jun Angiwan, has been dedicated to our School-Based Feeding Program for 31 of our learners since after the pandemic.

From heartfelt conversations to the exchange of fresh garden tokens from our grateful parents, today was a reminder of the power of partnership. 🤝🌾

A day of fun, learning and wellness at Baguinge E/S!!

A vibrant and nutritious celebration of Nutrition Month was held last August 1, 2025! 🥦🍎 The day kicked off with a lively parade of vegetables and posters on nutrition and continued with an energetic program. Included in the program was a zumba for wellness participated by the learners, teachers, parents, stakeholders and the community. Grades 4- 6 learners cooked nutritious food for their lunch while the younger ones were asked to bring their own nutritious food to be shared among themselves in the class. Teachers also integrated nutrition topics into their lessons, deepening students' awareness about healthy living. The event wrapped up with a quiz that tested everyone’s knowledge about nutrition and from the speaker’s informative talk on nutrition.

With the suspension of classes due to typhoons Dante and Emong and the weak internet connection in the area, the Baguinge ES employed asynchronous learning through distribution of ADM materials.
Teachers applied different modes in distributing their LAS. Some went house to house to deliver personally the LAS to learners. Others asked the parents to come to school to claim their child's LAS while there are some parents who willingly delivered the LAS to their neighbor learners. Still other teachers send the activities through their class group chat. Teachers monitored their learners' activities by asking them to send pictures or videos of them doing their LAS with the guidance of their parents/ guardians.

"Why are clean hands still important?"

Ayon sa pag-aaral, ang tamang paghuhugas ng kamay sa mga paaralan ay nakatutulong upang maiwasan ang mga sakit tulad ng diarrhea at respiratory infection, na magreresulta sa mas madalang na pagliban ng mga bata sa pagpasok sa paaralan.

Kaya naman sa pagdiriwang ng Global Handwashing Day 2024, muling ipinaaalala ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd) ang kahalagahan ng tamang kaalaman sa wastong paghuhugas ng kamay.

Ang ating paaralan sa bansa ay may nakatalagang handwashing area na maaaring gamitin upang masigurong malinis ang ating mga kamay.

Gawing habit ang handwashing!

MGA KABAGUINGE, TARA, MAGPALISTA NA!

Nag-umpisa na ang early registration ng mga mag-aaral na papasok sa Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, at 11 para sa SY 2024-2025!

Maaaring magtungo o makipag-ugnayan sa paaralan upang makapagpalista.

Catch up Friday is real in Baguinge ES!

Learners really enjoyed the catch up friday kick off activities.

Using the tablets, and to catch up with the prime program, Grades 1-3 had their reading session and answered the quiz required.
Some Grades 4-6 learners had their reading session at the prime reading center while some did it in the classroom.
In the afternoon, the learners had values and health education through games and exercises.
