Please be informed that effective March 9, 2026 and until further notice, this Court shall observe a 4-day on-site work schedule (Monday to Thursday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.), with Work From Home (WFH) every Friday, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 02-2026 issued by Honorable Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, relative to the adoption of Flexible Work Arrangements and Energy Conservation Measures in the Judiciary.

OATH-TAKING OF NOTARY PUBLIC

In relation to the renewal of his notarial commission, Atty. Jesselito C. Zaragoza, Jr. duly took his oath as Notary Public before Hon. Jihan Gift C. Gonzaga-Morong.

Atty. Zaragoza (with office address: 2nd Floor, Salimbangon Building, Maranding, Lala, Lanao del Norte, along the National Highway) is authorized to perform notarial acts until 31 December 2027, pursuant to the applicable Rules on Notarial Practice.

The public is hereby cautioned against transacting with persons falsely representing themselves as Notaries Public. Only those who have been duly commissioned by the Court and have taken the prescribed oath are authorized to perform notarial acts.
