CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, JUNE 2 & 4, 2026 | The DILG 10 PDMU successfully facilitated a virtual coordination meeting with concerned Local Government Units (LGUs) to discuss updates and key implementation concerns regarding the SubayBAYAN Program and the Assistance to Indigent Individuals or Families – Food Assistance/Rice Distribution Project (AIIF-FA). The activity served as a venue to provide guidance on project monitoring, reporting requirements, and the proper utilization of funds in accordance with existing national government policies and guidelines.

DILG 10 reaffirmed its commitment to providing continuous technical assistance and strengthening coordination with LGUs to promote transparency, accountability, and the successful implementation of government programs and projects for the benefit of local communities

Ang Municipal Health Office sa Kapatagan nagpahibalo sa tanang katawhan sa Lungsod Sa Kapatagan nga sumala sa pinakabag-ong advisory sa Department of Health (DOH) ug Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), adunay Paralytic Shellfish Poison (PSP) o Red Tide Toxin nga nakit-an sa pipila ka kadagatan, lakip na ang Paquil Bay sa Misamis Occidental ug Lanao del Norte.

❌ Dili luwas kaonon ang tanang matang sa shellfish ug alamang nga nakuha gikan sa maong mga lugar.

Gina-awhag ang tanan nga likayan ang pagpanginhas, pagpalit, pagbaligya ug pagkaon sa shellfish gikan sa mga apektadong lugar hangtod nga mopagawas og bag-ong pahibalo ang BFAR nga luwas na kini alang sa konsumo.

Atong bantayan ug ampingan ang kahimsog sa matag usa pinaagi sa pagsunod sa maong pahimangno. Ang pag-amping karon makatabang sa pagpugong sa posibleng kaso sa shellfish poisoning sa atong komunidad.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗖𝗕𝗠𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀

Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte — The Municipality of Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, successfully convened its Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Coordinating Boards in preparation for the upcoming CBMS 2027 implementation, underscoring the local government’s commitment to strengthened data-driven governance and inclusive development planning.

The meeting was presided over by Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Barry Y. Baguio, who emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among partner agencies and local stakeholders in ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable community data to support local development programs.

Present during the convening were OIC-Chief Statistical Specialist Brenda Lynn M. Castro of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Provincial Statistical Office, together with Statistical Specialist II Kail Arjay M. Miguel, who both provided technical inputs and guidance throughout the proceedings.

Key agenda items included the presentation of the overview of the CBMS, the presentation of the CBMS Coordinating Board’s membership and its Terms of Reference (TOR), and the discussion of capacity strengthening activities for the Local Government Unit (LGU) slated for 2026. Also presented was the 2027 CBMS Resource Allocation Tool, which is expected to guide efficient planning and budgeting for the upcoming CBMS cycle.

In addition, technical presentations were conducted covering the following components:

Map Research initiatives
Statistical Survey Review and Clearance System
Presentation of the 2026 Updating of the List of Agriculture Farms

The discussions highlighted the importance of integrated statistical systems and strengthened collaboration between the LGU and PSA in ensuring the success of CBMS implementation.

Officials noted that the convening marks a significant step in enhancing local statistical operations and reinforcing evidence-based policymaking in Kapatagan.
