Today, I celebrate not only another year of life but another year of service to the community. As a public servant, I am grateful for the trust, support, and cooperation of the people I am honored to serve. Each challenge has strengthened my commitment, and each success has reminded me of the true purpose of leadership — to serve with integrity, compassion, and dedication.
