Camp Sgt Quintin M Merecido, Buhangin, Davao City โ Demonstrating its unwavering commitment to public safety and aggressive law enforcement, the Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11) led by PBGEN LEON VICTOR Z ROSETE, Regional Director, successfully accounted for and arrested all individuals listed in the Top 10 Most Wanted Persons at the Regional Level during the early part of June 2026.
This significant accomplishment is a result of the intensified manhunt operations conducted by various police units across the region, in line with the operational thrusts of the Philippine National Police under the leadership of Chief, PNP, PGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ,JR., particularly on the implementation of the Enhanced Managing Police Operations framework under Focused Agenda, aimed at improving crime solution efficiency and strengthening law enforcement efforts nationwide.
The achievement also reflects the PNPโs guiding mantra, โBagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman,โ as police personnel relentlessly pursued wanted persons to ensure that justice is served and communities remain safe and secure.
Furthermore, the Regional Director lauded the dedication and professionalism of all operating units whose coordinated efforts led to the successful arrest of the regionโs most wanted fugitives.
โThe arrest of all Top 10 Most Wanted Persons at the Regional Level is a clear manifestation of our intensified campaign against criminality. This accomplishment sends a strong message that there is no refuge for criminals in Region 11. We will relentlessly pursue those who violate the law and ensure that they are brought before the courts to answer for their offenses,โ PBGEN ROSETE said.
The Regional Director likewise issued a stern warning to individuals who continue to evade justice.
โTo all fugitives and law violators, consider this a warning: the long arm of the law will eventually catch up with you. Our manhunt operations will continue without letup, and we will utilize all available legal means and operational resources to ensure your arrest. We urge you to surrender peacefully and face the consequences of your actions before the law catches up with you,โ he emphasized.
PBGEN ROSETE also expressed his gratitude to the public for their invaluable support and cooperation, noting that community involvement remains a crucial component in maintaining peace and order.
โThis accomplishment would not have been possible without the trust, cooperation, and timely information provided by our communities. Public safety is a shared responsibility.
