On behalf of the faculty and staff of Rizal Central School, headed by our Principal Mr. Joey N. Patinglag, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Schools Division Superintendent, Gloria B. Buya-ao, and the Schools Division Office of Kalinga for granting our request for assistance in the conduct of a Topographical Survey/Mapping at the RCS Cadao Site on October 1, 2025.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to Atty. Cherry Ann A. Balonggay, Engr. Frodie Dan A. Bete, Engr. Kane Salang-oy, and Engr. Carla D. Tattao, together with their staff, for their technical expertise and invaluable support in carrying out the said activity.

We also wish to acknowledge the PTA Officers and Teachers of RCS Cadao Site for their efforts in preparing the snacks and meals, and the parents for their generous contribution of log posts used for fencing.

A special mention goes to Mr. Edward Bulao for his volunteer service and for providing his survey equipment during the conduct of the activity.

This collective effort marks a significant step toward the preparation and titling of the RCS school site, ensuring compliance with DepEd documentation standards and contributing to the continued growth and stability of our institution.

On behalf of the Faculty and Staff of Rizal Central School, we sincerely extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the guests, visitors, and participants who joined us in the recently conducted Blessing, Turnover, and MOA Signing Ceremonies held on September 10, 2025, at the RCS Compound, Babalag West, Rizal, Kalinga.
Highlights of the Activity:
1. Blessing of the newly constructed 1-unit School Clinic and repaired classrooms
2. Turnover of the newly repaired RCS Covered Court / Multipurpose Building amounting to ₱2,991,380.60 from the Municipal Local Development Fund of Rizal (CY 2023, CY 2024, & CY 2025)
3. Completion of the newly constructed Potable Water System (Phase 1) worth ₱100,000.00, donated by Governor James S. Edduba, PLGU Kalinga
4. MOA Signing between the Department of Education – Kalinga and the Provincial Local Government Unit of Kalinga for the establishment of Cadao Elementary School

On behalf of the Faculty and Staff of Rizal Central School – Rizal, Kalinga, headed by our Principal, Sir Joey N. Patinglag, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the parents of our Kindergarten to Grade 6 learners for their unwavering support and services rendered during the Brigada Plus Activities from August 12 until the present.

The following were their assigned areas of work:

1. Painting of Perimeter Fences (outside) – Kindergarten and Grade 2–4 Parents
2. Concreting of Road from Main School Gate to School Ground – Grade 1 Parents
3. Painting of Concrete Benches, Tables and Chairs, Stage, Flower Boxes, and “I ♥ RCS” Landscape – Grade 5 Parents
4. Construction of Retaining Wall in front of the 2-Storey Building – Grade 6 Parents

Through your collective efforts, we have made significant improvements to our school. 🏫💪

We also extend our sincere thanks to all stakeholders and generous donors who provided construction materials, supplies, gravel and sand, snacks and meals, and other essential items used during the implementation of this activity.

On behalf of the Faculty and Staff of Rizal Central School, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Office of the Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer (CENRO-Tabuk), headed by Ma’am Imelda Casiwan, for the successful release of our requested lumber (1,000+ board feet). These will be used for the production of chairs, tables, and other essential school furnishings.

We would also like to sincerely thank the following offices and individuals for their invaluable support:

1. DENR-CENRO employees and personnel, headed by EMS Chief Ulao, for facilitating the necessary documentation and requirements;
2. Schools Division Office (SDO) – Kalinga for issuing the Certifications of No Budget and the Program of Works;
3. Commission on Audit (COA) – Kalinga for providing the required certification;
4. DENR Bantay Gubat Task Force for assisting with the loading of the lumber onto the transport vehicle;
5. The Office of the Provincial Governor for generously granting our request for a Forward Dump Truck to transport the lumber from Callagdao, Bulanao, Tabuk to Babalag East, Rizal, Kalinga;
