Barangay West Poblacion underwent the BADAC and BPOC functionality table assessment conducted by MLGOO VI Engr. Marie Joy G. Galleros,PNP representative PMSG Alvin Caseres and ADAC focal person Beverly G. Celesio last March 13, presented through Punong Barangay Hon. Wesley Navales by Chairman Hon. Edgar Taberna and Secretary Sec Bebs L. Cubar ensuring the barangay’s effective function against drugs and in maintaining peace and community safety.

Three Punong Barangay from the Municipality of Kalilangan, Bukidnon actively attended in the Provincial Liga ng mga Barangay Meeting held on March 13, 2026, at the Bukidnon Chapter. The meeting discussed Resolution No. 29 S
.2026 submitted by the Liga ng mga Barangay Kalilangan Chapter concerning the professional fees for doctors in the Province of Bukidnon.
This participation reflects the commitment of our barangays to support initiatives that strengthen healthcare services and policies for the benefit of our communities. 🤝🏽

Ang lokal nga panggamhanan sa Kalilangan nag-awhag sa tanan sa aktibong pagsalmot sa CY 2026 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) karong Marso 12, 2026, 3:30 ang takna sa hapon, gidumala sa LGU Kalilangan sa pakigtambayayong sa National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council ug Office of Civil Defense X.

Kini nga kalihokan nagtumong sa pagpalig-on sa atong kaandam ug kalig-on batok sa mga linog pinaagi sa pagpataas sa kahibalo sa mga lakang sa kaluwasan, pagsulay sa atong kaandam, ug pagpraktis sa makaluwas sa kinabuhi nga "𝐃𝐮𝐜𝐤, 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐮𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝" nga teknik.

Among giawhag ang tanang barangay, eskwelahan, opisina, negosyo, ug panimalay sa Kalilangan sa pag-apil ug pagpartisipar. Ang imong pag-apil hinungdanon sa pagsiguro sa kaluwasan sa atong mga pamilya ug komunidad.

Magtinabangay kitang tanan padulong sa mas andam ug makalahutay sa katalagman nga Kalilangan.

In support of the national government’s energy conservation and efficiency measures, the Department of Agrarian Reform – Bukidnon will adopt a Four-Day Work Week Scheme pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, directing all government agencies and offices to implement energy-saving protocols.

Starting March 11, 2026, the DAR Provincial Office and all Municipal Offices in Bukidnon will operate on the following schedule:

Today, February 16, 2026, Congresswoman Laarni Lavin Roque officially turned over the Farm-to-Market Road concreting project at Sitio Sabang (Purok-6) in preparation for the relocation of our Purok 5 informal settlers in Barangay West Poblacion.

Punong Barangay Wesley Navales together with the Sangguniang Barangay Members, formally accepted the project, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Kalilangan,headed by Municipal Mayor Hon. Raymon Charl Gamboa, who provided financial equity.It marks another step forward in improving accessibility, safety, and development for the community.

This milestone reflects the strong partnership between national and local government in bringing essential infrastructure closer to our people.
