The center of Tropical Storm DOMENG was estimated based on all available data at 1,345 km East of Southeastern Luzon (14.9°N, 134.2°E).
• Intensity
Maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 90 km/h, and central pressure of 998 hPa
• Present Movement
Northwestward at 20 km/h
• Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds
Strong to gale-force winds extend outwards up to 400 km from the center

DOMENG is less likely to directly affect the weather condition of the country in the next 24 hours. However, the southwesterly windflow enhanced by DOMENG may bring heavy rains over the western portions of the country beginning Sunday (31 May). A weather advisory may be issued tomorrow (30 May) in anticipation of the heavy rains.

Severe Winds

Based on the latest forecast track, the hoisting of tropical cyclone wind signal over Extreme Northern Luzon is less likely, but not ruled out.

The enhancement of the southwesterly windflow will bring strong to gale-force gusts over the following areas (especially in coastal and upland areas exposed to winds):

• Tomorrow (30 May): Most of Visayas, Batanes, Cagayan, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Marinduque, Masbate, Albay, Sorsogon, Palawan, Zamboanga del Norte, Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte, Dinagat Islands, Sarangani, Davao Occidental, and Davao Oriental.

Feril, nagpahigayon sa hustong pag-dispose sa mga apprehended undocumented/allegedly smuggled ci******es didto sa Municipal Landfill uban sa presensya sa atong MLGOO Jeffrey Romeo Q. Caangay, Kalilangan MPS, ug Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Kalilangan aron masiguro ang hapsay, transparent, ug legal nga proseso sa disposal.

Macalimbon, Company Commander, ubos sa superbisyon ni PLTCOL Bernard E. Pagaduan, OIC, RMFB 10 (Lead Unit), in coordination with the Provincial Intelligence Unit ubos sa superbisyon ni PMAJ Gerard Paul P. Duran, ug Kalilangan MPS ubos sa superbisyon ni PCPT Teresita L. Manejero, OIC.

Human sa maong operasyon, ang mga apprehended items maoy giturn-over ngadto sa Municipal Health Office – Kalilangan alang sa proper documentation, inventory, ug custodial procedures hangtod sa opisyal nga disposal niini.

Sa atong pagpasidungog sa espiritu sa pagkamanggihatagon ug debosyon, hinaut nga padayon natong palig-onon ang panag-uyon sa tanang katawhan sa atong munisipyo.

GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS 📣
1. Eligibility
-The competition is open to all Kalilanganons with exception when entries from Kalilangan residents won’t reach 10 slots.
-Each band must consist of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 members.
-All participating bands must submit their BAND PROFILE. Includes a short description of the band and complete names of band members.
2. Submission of Entry
-Deadline of Submission: June 10, 2026
-Limited slots only. First-come, first-served basis.
-Submit your registration to the Sangguniang Bayan Office.
(Just look for Ms. Jaydee Mercader)
3. Song Entries
-Original Pilipino Music (OPM)
-OPM medley
(Songs with vulgar or offensive lyrics are strictly prohibited)
4. Performance Rules
-Maximum performance time per band: 15 minutes (including setup and sound check).
-Bands are encouraged to bring their instruments (guitar, bass, etc.). Basic amps, and microphones will be provided.
-Band members must wear decent and appropriate attire.
-Any form of misconduct or unruly behavior will result in disqualification.
5. Judging Criteria

Stage Presence/Showmanship - 25%
Originality and Creativity - 20%
Audience Impact/Engagement - 15%

1. The competition is open to all Kalilanganons with exception when entries from Kalilangan residents won’t reach 10 slots.
2. Entries may be individual, duos, or group with maximum number of 8 members.
3. The participant/s will be given 3-8 minutes to perform. Any minute in excess of the allotted time shall be given a deduction of 1 point in the total score.
4. Use of live animals as props is allowed as long as it will give use for entertainment purposes and is relevant to the presentation. Animals should not be abused, exploited, and killed.
5. The organizers are not liable of any unseemly and unpleasant incident which may harm the contestant/s of the group during the presentation.
6. No age limit as long as you can perform.
7. Music or piece must be submitted to the committee in charge one day before the competition.
8. Participant/s interested to qualify should submit their BEST PERFORMANCE VIDEO on or before
JUNE 5, 2026, at SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICE – 2nd Floor or send your video to [email protected].
9. Limited to 10 slots only.
10. The decision of the members of the board judges is irrevocable.

Ang usa ka adlaw nga caravan nagdala sa usa ka halapad nga han-ay sa mga serbisyo sa gobyerno nga mas duol sa mga tawo, nga naghimo kanila nga mas dali ug sayon. Ang mga importanteng ahensya ug stakeholders mipaabot sa frontline nga tabang nga naglangkob sa medikal ug panglawas nga pag-atiman, suporta sa edukasyon, legal nga tabang, livelihood ug skills training, serbisyo sa agrikultura, ug social welfare nga mga programa, ug uban pa.

Si Mayor Gamboa mipadayag sa iyang pagpasalamat sa Panggamhanan sa Probinsiya sa Bukidnon ug sa tanang kaubang ahensya sa ilang walay paglubad nga suporta sa pagdala sa maong mga inisyatiba direkta ngadto sa grassroots. Gihatagan niya og gibug-aton nga ang caravan nagpakita sa gipaambit nga pasalig sa mga institusyon sa gobyerno sa pagpataas sa kinabuhi sa mga konstituwente pinaagi sa pagtubag sa ilang labing dinalian nga mga panginahanglanon. Anaa sila Vice-Mayor Charlie James Paul M. Lacdo-o ug mga Municipal Conselors nga sila Hon. Jhya P. Aurelio-Tulic, Hon. Loido L. Padsing, Hon. Susana A. Egar, ug Hon. Wildred P. Ramas.

Ang kalihokan nakakuha ug aktibong partisipasyon sa mga residente sa Barangay Malinao ug mga silingang komunidad, kinsa mapasalamaton nga mipahimulos sa mga serbisyo nga gitanyag. Ang kalihokan nagpasiugda sa bili sa inter-agency collaboration ug nagpalig-on sa misyon sa gobyerno sa inklusibo ug responsive nga serbisyo publiko.

Pinaagi sa mga inisyatiba sama sa Hatud Serbisyo Caravan, ang Panggamhanan sa Probinsiya sa Bukidnon (PGB) ug LGU Kalilangan padayon nga nagpamatuod nga ang epektibong pagdumala nagpasabot dili lamang sa pagmugna og mga polisiya kondili pagsiguro usab nga ang mga serbisyo mahatag kung asa sila labing gikinahanglan—diha sa kasingkasing sa mga komunidad.

Gipasalamantan usab ni Mayor Gamboa ang Barangay Council ug volunteers sa Barangay Malinao pinangulohan ni Kapitan Raul Vaso.
