The personnel of Kalibo Fire Station, under the supervision of FSINSP DELSIE S DE BORJA, Municipal Fire Marshal, and the guidance of FCSUPT WILBERTO RICO NEIL A KWAN TIU, Bureau of Fire Protection Officer-in-Charge, and FCSUPT EDWIN P VARGAS, DSC, Regional Director, BFP Region 6, successfully conducted a Daily Skills Refresher Program focusing on Drills and Ceremonies.
As part of the activity, personnel reviewed and practiced the fundamental drills and ceremonial movements, including proper formation, marching, facing movements, saluting, and the observance of established protocols and commands. The training emphasized discipline, teamwork, precision, and uniformity in the ex*****on of drills.
This refresher program aims to reinforce the professionalism, discipline, and preparedness of every firefighter by ensuring familiarity with standard drills and ceremonial procedures. Regular training helps develop confidence, coordination, and responsiveness, which are essential qualities in both ceremonial functions and emergency operations.
