The main purpose of regional ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) is to evaluate the readiness and performance of the ROTC Units within a region. It assesses the administrative efficiency, training management, and overall quality of training received by cadets, determining the best and worst-performing units for recognition and potential sanctions. RAATI also serves as a practical application for cadets, reinforcing their understanding of military principles through various tests.
The Northwestern Visayan Colleges headed by the Head of Institution and Executive Committee, Dr. Raymundo R. Quimpo together with the NSTP Director, Tsg Redentor L Quimpo (Ret) PA and Commandant, COL DELFIN C CONSOLACION JR, INF (GSC) PA welcomes the RAATI Chairperson, Assistant Division Commander for Reservist and Retiree Affairs of the 3rd Infantry Division, Philippine Army COLONEL ANTONIO V BURTON, GSC (INF) PA together with the RAATI Inspectors.
A couple of days after the 76th Year of Annual Presentation of Sponsors of the Unit in celebration of 78th year of Founding Anniversary of the institution, the Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC) Reserve Officersโ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit took up the challenge and undergone the Regional ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) for the Calendar Year 2025-2026. Whereas, the unit achieved a grand total of 885.85 out of 1000 points, with an overall average of 88.59%, on 9th day of April 2026.
The regional ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) includes Admin and Management, Arrival Honors, Ceremonial Parade, Inspection in Ranks, Close Order Drill, Military Stakes, Basic Life Support and Comprehensive Examination.
The Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC) ROTC Unit remains steadfast in its mission to cultivate leadership, discipline, and camaraderie among its cadets, instilling the values necessary to shape them into future leaders of the Philippine Army Reserve Force.
