Mechanism of Injury: Avulsion due to Motor Vehicular Accident
Place of Incident: 19 Marty St. Corner Pastrana Barangay Poblacion, Kalibo, Aklan.

Responding Unit/s: MDRRMO Kalibo - Gray Squadron, & Poblacion BDRRMO.

The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office of Kalibo - Special Operations Unit Gray Squadron under the supervisory of Terence June T. Toriano, Division Chief/LDRRMO III and dynamic leadership & administration of Mayor Juris B. Sucro. Squadron on duty responded to Sitio Tugbungan Barangay Caano, Kalibo, Aklan.

Intervention:
-Rapid assessment was made.
Applied irrigating and iodine solution to the Avulsion at the left elbow and abrasion at left palm of the patient.
-Vital signs were checked and recorded.
-The patient was carefully transferred onto a stretcher, and then placed into the ambulance.
-Continues monitoring while en route to medical facility.
-Patient transported to DRSTMH endorsed to nurse on duty.
-Squadron return to TEOC.
