๐‘บ๐’–๐’ƒ๐’‹๐’†๐’„๐’•: Extension of Deadline for Electronic Business One Stop Shop

Dear Business Owners,

We would like to inform you that, as per Resolution No. 9, Series of 2026, the deadline for the submission of requirements through the Electronic Business One Stop Shop (e-BOSS) has been extended. The new deadline is now ๐‰๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” , instead of the previously set deadline of January 20, 2026.

This resolution, sponsored by Hon. Camilo C. Banao, responds to a request from Mayor Arcel C. Antojado and Vice Mayor Rey Y. Bihag. The extension was deemed necessary for several reasons:

1. ๐‘ป๐’Š๐’Ž๐’† ๐‘น๐’†๐’’๐’–๐’Š๐’“๐’†๐’… ๐’‡๐’๐’“ ๐‘ท๐’๐’๐’Š๐’„๐’† ๐‘ช๐’๐’†๐’‚๐’“๐’‚๐’๐’„๐’†: Business owners have faced delays in securing police clearances, which must be obtained from the PNP station in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. This process has involved additional costs for applicants.

2. ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’•๐’†๐’“๐’๐’†๐’• ๐‘ช๐’๐’๐’๐’†๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’—๐’Š๐’•๐’š ๐‘ฐ๐’”๐’”๐’–๐’†๐’”: Many applicants have experienced intermittent internet connectivity, hindering their ability to smoothly operate the e-BOSS. This has caused delays in uploading necessary documents and accessing required online forms.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage all business owners to take advantage of this extension to ensure that all requirements are submitted promptly.
