Maligayang Pasko sa mga mahal kong kababayan ng Barangay Sangay, Barangay Paril, at sa lahat ng mga Barangay Officials at mga mamamayan! Special mention sina Hon. BM Andy John G. Donguines ng Barangay Sangay at Hon. Brgy. Captain Roquildo Talapian Jr., ng Barangay Paril.

Sa Paskong ito, nais kong ipadama ang aking taos-pusong pasasalamat sa 28 taon ng paglilingkod sa Sangay National High School. Bawat sandali ng pagtutulungan, bawat aralin, at bawat ngiti ng mga kababayan ko ay mananatili sa aking puso. Ang ating komunidad, kasama na ang Barangay Paril, ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon ng pagkakaisa at malasakit sa isa't isa.

Nawa'y sa kapaskuhan, maghatid ito ng mas maraming kagalakan, kapayapaan, at pagmamahal sa bawat tahanan. Ang pagkakaisang ipinamalas natin ay isang biyaya, at nawa'y patuloy pa itong magtagumpay sa darating na taon.

Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat sa pagiging bahagi ng aking buhay. Nawa'y magdala ang Bagong Taon ng kasaganahan, kaligayahan, at bagong pag-asa sa ating komunidad!

In the tapestry of life where threads of conflict weave,
We find ourselves amidst the storm, where tempests seldom leave.
But in the tempest's roiling depths, where chaos may abound,
The art of handling issues shines, a beacon to be found.

First, with calm and steady breath, let anger be released,
For peace begins with patient hearts, where tempests find their cease.
Assess the tangled web of woes with clarity and care,
Unraveling each knot with skill, and wisdom we declare.

In dialogue, let voices blend, like rivers flowing free,
With empathy and open minds, the path to solve we see.
Each problem's not a foe to fight but a puzzle to be solved,
Where understanding guides the hand and issues are dissolved.

Seek solutions not in haste, but with thoughtful, measured pace,
For quick fixes may appease, but deep solutions grace.
Assess the roots beneath the storm, the cause of strife so grand,
And build with sturdy, crafted plans, a future we command.

In teamwork's gentle embrace, where every voice is heard,
Resolve is forged in unity, where shared goals are preferred.
No challenge is too great to meet with cooperation's might,
For when we join our strengths together, issues turn to light.

And when the dust of conflict clears, and issues find their rest,
Reflect on lessons learned through strife, with wisdom manifest.
For in each challenge faced with grace, a chance to grow is found,
And in the art of handling woes, true strength and peace abound.

So let us walk this path with care, with patience as our guide,
Embracing every challenge met, with wisdom far and wide.
In proper handling of our issues, may we find our truest call,
For in the gentle art of peace, we rise above it all.

Mga Kabataang Barangay Sangay kasama ang dating Punongg**o ng Sangay National High School

Ang makipaglaban ay isa nang tagumpay. Ang simpleng pagkakaroon ng tapang na harapin ang isang laban, maging ito man ay sa kompetisyon, personal na pakikibaka, o anumang hamon, ay nagsasalamin ng tibay at tapang. Ipinapakita nito ang kahandaang harapin ang mga pagsubok at lumampas sa sariling mga limitasyon. Ang diwa ng pagtitiyaga, sa kabila ng kinalabasan, ay nagpapakita ng tagumpay ng karakter at determinasyon. Samakatuwid, ang tunay na tagumpay ay hindi lamang nasa resulta, kundi sa pagsisikap na tumayo at magsikap, na kumakatawan sa tunay na lakas at resolusyon.
