LTO Apayao to hold service caravan in Kabugao

Luna, Apayao—The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Apayao will conduct another service caravan on June 15, 2024, at the DSA Gymnasium in Poblacion, Kabugao, Apayao.

This event provides the community with access to various LTO services, including a free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) seminar for student permit applicants, renewal of driver's licenses, issuance of student permits, and medical certificates.

This is part of a joint project by Congresswoman Eleanor C. Bulut-Begtang, the Provincial Government of Apayao (PGA), the Local Government Unit of Kabugao, and LTO Apayao, aimed at ensuring the welfare and safety of all road users.

LTO Apayao, headed by Brendo Failoga, emphasized that this initiative addresses the challenge of geographical distance from the LTO office by bringing services directly to the community.

The Municipality of Kabugao announced on their page the need to bring the necessary documents for the required services. Additionally, all student permit applicants are reminded to attend the TDC seminar.

Government office work is suspended on March 27, 2024, from 12:00 PM onwards, allowing employees to observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday on March 28-29, 2024, and facilitating their travel to and from different regions in the country.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective employers.
