Please be informed of the schedule and service arrangements at the Rural Health Unit (RHU) during the holiday season:

December 22 – CLOSED
(Pre-inauguration of the newly constructed RHU and the LGU Christmas Party)

December 23 onwards –
Some services may be temporarily unavailable or limited as we move our equipment and supplies to the new RHU.

Service-specific updates:
Dental Services – Extractions only
Laboratory Services – Unavailable; services will resume on January 5.
*Clients may experience longer waiting times due to the Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) operations

Holiday Closure:
December 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, January 1 & 2

Another advisory will be posted for the opening of the new RHU.

𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜: 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵

The Municipality of Kabayan was recognized by the Department of Health – Cordillera Center for Health Development for achieving the Highest Screening Coverage Rate for Cervical Cancer Screening during the Nationwide Cervical Cancer Screening Services Implementation 2025.

The award was received by Hon. Rex Alwin G. Aquisan, Municipal Mayor, and Dr. Felix A. Mangaltag, Jr., Municipal Health Officer, during the Am-among for Health: Gawad Kalusugan 2025 held at Hotel Elizabeth, Baguio City on October 29, 2025.

A huge thank you to the dedicated implementers led by the Kabayan Municipal Health Services Office for their commitment and hard work in promoting women’s health and preventive care in our community.
