Nginsayan received a plaque of service, certificate of recognition and a set of gongs in acknowledgment of their services as Three Termer Councilors in the just conducted Philippine Councilors League(PCL) Benguet Chapter Recollection, Assessment and Awarding of Honorees at Travelers Hotel, Subic Bay, Zambales. A total of 20 3 termer councilors from various municipalities of the province of Benguet were given such recognition in the said event.
