🇵🇭 KCDJ EXTENDS SERVICE BEYOND BARS: PERSONNEL LED BY JCINSP KEVIN G BONILLA JOIN BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 TO HELP PREPARE ERAMS-EAST AND ERAMS-WEST FOR THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR 📚🏫🤝

LOOK | In support of Brigada Eskwela 2026 and this year's theme, "Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman," personnel of the Kabankalan City District Jail (KCDJ), under the leadership of JCINSP KEVIN G BONILLA, Acting Jail Warden, actively participated in the nationwide school maintenance program at ERAMS-East and ERAMS-West.

Embodying the true spirit of bayanihan, KCDJ personnel rendered voluntary service and donated cleaning materials to assist in preparing clean, safe, and conducive learning environments for students and teachers ahead of the opening of classes.

The activity reflects KCDJ's commitment to community engagement and its steadfast support for educational initiatives that promote unity, responsibility, and collective action. By working hand in hand with educators, parents, and other stakeholders, KCDJ joins the nation in ensuring that schools are ready to nurture the minds and aspirations of the Filipino youth.

Together, we prove that through unity and cooperation, we can create schools that inspire both kaayusan and kaalaman for generations to come.

551 dating rebelde at miyembro ng people’s organizations sa Sultan Kudarat ang nakatanggap ng ₱6.6 milyon bilang seed capital sa ilalim ng OPAPRU at DSWD.

Bawat isa sa 22 asosasyon ay tumanggap ng ₱300,000 upang mabigyan sila ng panibagong pag-asa at kabuhayan ang mga dating rebelde tungo sa mapayapa at produktibong buhay.

🎈🎂 Simple Yet Meaningful: KCDJ Celebrates 21 May Birthday Celebrants with Joy and Hope 🎂🎈

In a heartwarming display of care and humane safekeeping, a simple yet meaningful birthday celebration was conducted for twenty-one (21) Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), composed of seventeen (17) male and four (4) female PDL, at the Kabankalan City District Jail (KCDJ), under the leadership of JCINSP KEVIN G BONILLA, Acting Jail Warden.

The activity provided an opportunity for the PDL celebrants to experience joy, fellowship, and a sense of belonging despite the challenges of confinement. Through shared moments of celebration, the occasion served as a reminder that every life is valued and every birthday marks another chance for growth, reflection, and positive change. 🎂💙

As one of the Best Practices of the Kabankalan City District Jail, this initiative reflects KCDJ's unwavering commitment to promoting the welfare and development of PDL through programs that uphold dignity, compassion, and hope.

The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – Negros Island Region (BJMP–NIR), under the leadership of 𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗡 𝗢 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗢, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, warmly congratulates the Kabankalan City District Jail, led by 𝗝𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗞𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗡 𝗚 𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔, for being declared 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 conducted under the BJMP Chaplaincy Service Office.

The winning piece, “𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙮, 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙜-𝙖𝙨𝙖” written and performed by one of our Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL), beautifully conveyed messages of hope, renewal, and transformation. The recognition highlighted not only the creativity and resilience of the participants, but also the power of music as an instrument of healing and positive change.

𝗝𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗦 𝗨 𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗔, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗘, Deputy Chief for Administration, shared valuable insights during the awarding ceremony as he delivered the closing remarks of 𝗝𝗗𝗜𝗥 𝗥𝗨𝗘𝗟 𝗦 𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔, 𝗗𝗦𝗖, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳, 𝗕𝗝𝗠𝗣. In his message, he emphasized the significance of programs like this in strengthening hope, discipline, rehabilitation, and the continuous development of the talents and potentials of our PDL.

Indeed, every melody tells a story — and this victory stands as a testament that with guidance, opportunity, and hope, a new life and a brighter future are always possible.

2028 ELECTIONS SIGURADO NGA MAGAPADAYON SUNO SA COMELEC

Ginpasiguro ni Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chairperson George Erwin Garcia sa publiko nga magapadayon ang 2028 National Elections apisar sang mga spekulasyon nga indi ini madayon.

“With all due respect sa ibang espekulasyon, ang 2028 election ay darating. Yan ay certain to come in the same manner na pagsabi nating certain, a hundred percent may eleksyon sa 2028 dahil ang Comelec ay handang-handa,” pahayag ni Garcia.

Suno kay Garcia 50% tubtob 60% na nga handa ang COMELEC para sa 2028 elections, kag ginasunod nila ang ila mandato sa idalom sang 1987 Philippine Constitution nga naga-require sang presidential elections kada anum ka tuig.

Ginpaguwa man ni Garcia ang pahayag may angut sa 2028 matapos nagpahayag si Vice President Sara Duterte kon sa diin nagalaom siya nga madayon ang presidential elections sa 2028.*
