Kenneth Hargie B. Kadusale, President of the FBC Student Government, proudly represented the student body in the ๐ต๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ (๐ง๐ฅ๐๐๐) ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐โ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ held last April 14โ20, 2026 at DepEd Ecotech Center, Cebu Cityโwhere he was also elected as the ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ-๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐น ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐.
With the goal of producing more innovative and transformational youth leaders in the Philippines, the camp gathered delegates from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanaoโcoming from SSGs, SKs, LYDOs, LYDCs, and various youth-serving organizations.

The participation of the delegates was made possible through the support given by the City Government of Kabankalan through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), highlighting the city's strong commitment to empowering young leaders and strengthening youth governance.
Throughout the camp, participants engaged in sessions on program management, conflict management, protocols and social graces, and business writingโalong with immersive physical activities that tested their limits in real-life situations.
Kadusale's reflection captures the heart of the experience: โA leader must not just accomplish events or activities for their community, but more importantly, to produce more leaders. To inspire and transform.โ
With this vision, Kadusale looks forward to share these valuable lessons with fellow FBCiansโbuilding a community where students not only prosper academically, but also beyond the four walls of the classroom. He believes that the institution has the connections and resourcesโit only needs leaders who are willing to make a difference in the FBC community.
