2LT Ellaiza B. Cabatbat (OC-5539 PA), a native of Purok Malipayon, Barangay Binicuil, City of Kabankalan, Negros Occidental, was awarded a Special Resolution in recognition of her exemplary performance and successful completion of the Officer Candidate Course 61-2024, conducted by the Philippine Army Training Command.

The resolution, authored by Hon. Jeanna Cordova Genizera, Chair of the Committee on Women and Children and Oversight, who is also a native of Barangay Binicuil, was presented during the 127th Regular Session of the 9th Sangguniang Panlungsod and was unanimously approved by all members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present at the session, with Vice Mayor Miguel "Migz" Zayco and the rest of the City Council in attendance.
