The Provincial Government of Cotabato hereby announces the opening of applications for the Provincial Scholarship Program for College Students for Academic Year 2026–2027.

Applicants must submit the following documents. Please ensure that all requirements are complete before proceeding with your application.

Latest Grades / Report Card
(Certified true copy from the school)

Certificate of Indigency
(Issued by the Barangay or appropriate local authority)

𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐘?

The scholarship program is open to Incoming First Year College up to Third Year College students for Academic Year 2026–2027 who are currently enrolled or will be enrolling in any Higher Education Institution within the Province of Cotabato.

𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒

Applicants may submit their application requirements through any of the following modes:

Online submission through the official application platform:

Submission through the SK Chairperson of the applicant’s barangay/ or SKMF; or

Personal submission at the scholarship office at its new location.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒

Submission of application requirements shall be from January 2026 to March 31, 2026, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Applications submitted personally shall be received at the Agricenter (located at the back of the Provincial Engineering Office), Capitol Compound, Amas, Kidapawan City.

Incomplete and late submissions will not be accepted.

Humihingi ng tulong na kung nakita nyo man ang naturang wallet ay pakibalik po sa nagmamay-ari o sa ating Brgy. Hall, dahil napakaimportante po ang mga laman nito. (IDs at ATM)
